KWS® is a unique service for all measuring instruments supplied by EURO-INDEX.

If KWS® applies on your measuring instrument, EURO-INDEX will perform service, maintenance and calibration so your device will always be in top-condition and will show traceable and accurate readings.

Benefits of KWS®:

• Price will be fixed for the lifetime of the instruments if sent for KWS service annually or according to the re-calibration advice.
• If KWS applies, labour-costs will not be invoiced.
• Pre-calibration is performed, as long as the instrument is in working order.
• Adjustments and post-calibration are performed as required.
• Repairs and predictive maintenance are carried out and labour-costs are included.
• A free-of-charge reminder will be sent so you can send your instrument for annual KWS®.
• A full-functiontest will be carried out.
• 5-years of KWS® history will be available at all times.
• 10% discount applies on parts if repair is required.
• Serialnumber-registration is provided free of charge.
• CIF delivery within Benelux.

Requirements KWS®:

• Your measuring instrument must be sent to EURO-INDEX annually or according to the re-calibration period as advised*. If this date is exceeded the price will no longer be maintained, the price applicable on that date will apply for future KWS®.

* The re-calibration date is mentioned on your previous calibration certificate as well as on the sticker on the instrument.

KWSe is a unique service provided only on the BLUE LINE Eurolyzer STe, EuroLyzer STx and some specific configurations of the MultiLyzer STe. You will get 7 years full-warranty on the instrument and its accessories, also on rechargeable batteries, sensors, spare parts (for example filters).

KWSe provides calibration of the (differential) pressure sensor, all gas sensors as well as temperature probes and –inlets. The price for KWSe is fixed for a period of 7 years, providing fixed total-cost-of-ownership in advance, without any “surprises”

• With KWSe the warranty period is extended to 7 years.
• Price will be fixed for 7 full years if sent for KWS service annually or according to the re-calibration advice.
• Labor-cost will not be invoiced, these are included in the price
• Pre-calibration is performed, as long as the instrument is in working order

You can change the order of columns by dragging them into the preferred order and save the changes. You can also hide a column.

You can filter your result by clicking the columnheader and set a filter as you are used to do in all Windows applications.

If you click “Save customer table-settings” your personal preferences will be saved and be available on next login.

You can reset your saved format to default settings by clicking “Restore default table-settings”.

You can download multiple files by selecting them with CTRL or SHIFT as you are used to do in all Windows applications. Click Download to get the selected files downloaded as ZIP file.

The SKF shows results of all quality-tests. Both as-found data and as-left data are reported (if applicable). In case your product failed quality test, it is reported in the SKF.

If an instrument is no longer in use, the column valid shows "Yes". If an instrument is no longer in use please inform EURO-INDEX accordingly by clicking “feedback”.

It is not possible to change data yourself. Please inform EURO-INDEX bij using a feedback form.

To determine the accuracy befor adjusting a pre calibration is carried out (as-found-data). After adjusting the instrument a post-calibration is carried out (as-left-data). If adjusting is not required, a single calibration is carried out.

Please return your instruments for calibration to EURO-INDEX as soon as possible.

You will be informed by mail as soon as new information is available, shortly after the service is carried out.

(QualityAssuranceService is a unique maintenance and calibration service provided by EURO-INDEX Benelux. If QAS applies on your instrument, the price of the service will be fixed for the lifetime of the instrument if you only return it to EURO-INDEX annually.

You can have a company account as well as dedicated accounts for co-workers. Please contact EURO-INDEX through “feedback” to require personal accounts.

Allthough MijnKWS is not optimized for use on tablet or smartphone, you can use MijnKWS on most used internetbrowsers.

A NEN3140 certificate is a certificate of a test on electrical-safety, performed to Dutch standards.

Your password should contain at least 8 characters of which at least 1 should be a capital and one should be a number.

If you have one or more instruments serviced and/or calibrated by EURO-INDEX you can apply for an account through administration@EURO-INDEX.nl.

You can change your password by clicking "change password" Enter you current password and the new password. After confirming your new password click "Sumbit". Your password has been changed.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password through MijnKWS. You will receive an email with a confirmation link that allows you to enter a new password.
